If you apply to an agency, you’ll normally pay attention to what kind of salary you can expect, which title you will get or who are the agency’s major clients. But getting to know your colleagues is much more important! Obviously, you won’t be able to meet all of them during your interview.

To address this, for almost a year every day an illustration of another employee showing their special characteristics was posted on our Instagram Account @kreativeshaus. Later, all these illustrations were published as a book. Page by page, agency visitors, applicants and clients can browse and get to know the agency and its employees.
