The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interest as described above in accordance with. Art. 6 para. 1 f) GDPR. What data do we collect and the purpose of processing
When activating the Alexa skill, deepblue saves the following data in order to enable later contact for the application process:
• First and last name, email address, Amazon user ID
• Your answers to our interview questions (subject area, level of experience, reaction in 3 specific example situations).
Where is the data stored
In the first step, the data is stored in the Amazon database in Frankfurt. From there, an email is sent to the Outlook mailbox of the HR team at deepblue and to the easyHR tool, which deepblue uses for applicant management. easyHR is a product of Fravis GmbH, Sonnenhalde 10 in 73489 Jagstzell.
The data in the Amazon database will be deleted after this transfer. In addition, the data is temporarily stored in Amazon CloudWatch in order to create log files to identify technical errors in the application.
The data collected will not be passed on to third parties.
Duration of data storage
We only store your data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or if this is required by law. We store applicant data for 6 months in order to enable contact for positions that are available later.
The data in the CloudWatch log file for error identification is deleted every 14 days.
