IT Request Manager (f/m)

Your tasks

• Ensure the information flow and communication between IT and people involved, resp. teams
• Take demands explicitly and formulate them clearly
• Prepare the demands for the development department
• Project co-ordination between the internal teams, the IT, external service providers and external partners
• Update and maintain the demands over and above the project cycle
• Examine demands referring quality, regulatory determinations and internal development standards
• Release planning support
• Preparation of documentation

Your knowledge

• Graduation in engineering or an IT-related field or equivalent qualification
• Considerable experience in project work resp. in the management of IT projects
• Experience in quality assurance is an advantage
• Team player
• Independent work style
• Responsibility
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Good English skills are desirable
