Your knowledge

• You have a degree in design or an equivalent background?
• You already have 3-4 years of professional experience in agencies and have profound knowledge (technical feasibility, usability, media-appropriate concepts) in the field of New Media. Moreover, you are accustomed to the work with well-known brands?
• You can think conceptionally as well as creatively and reveal that by strong creative flair, stylistically confidence and designs without compromise to quality?
• You give priority to customer benefits and still find ways to transfer it into sophisticated design solutions?
• You master your tools and are used to pass your expertise to juniors and colleagues?
• You are highly communicative so that you can also present your ideas and concepts to the customer?
• You are keen on your brilliant ideas and love to meeet challenges with motivation?
• You are able to think interdisciplinary and actively seek the views over the box?

Your tasks

• Development of media-appropriate, contentual concepts
• Development and valuation of innovative and functional design concepts
• Integrated support of projects in co-operation with project management, conception and technics department
• Coaching and support of juniors, interns and apprentices
