Concept Development Trainee (f/m)
As a trainee you will get to know all the processes of online conception as well as the co-operation with other agency areas, and learn the best tools for a career in the online area. The training programme lasts 12 months, divided into various phases. The trainee has a mentor resp. an experienced conceptualizer as a contact person, who will be at hand with help and advice during the entire trainee programme.
In the concept development department, you are the keeper of the idea together with an established team. Your stories and concepts are creative and innovative as well as provided with the necessary excitement to promote our clients' brands.
Whether small banners or large corporate sites, you have the right idea for everything and accompany your projects from rough concept to final copy.
In addition to a university degree or an equivalent background, you have experience in the online field of an agency. You think goal-directed, go to the heart of contents and like to work in a team. Ideally, you have already dealed with the classical writing.
